The Hommix Ultra UF PCM replacement cartridge combines sediment filtration, activated carbon, Multi-Stage Advanced Purification media and scale-control technology. It is the first cartridge in the Hommix Ultra UF system and should be ordered only when replacing Filter 1.

Avoid ordering the wrong cartridge
This is not the UFCB ultrafiltration cartridge
The 0.01-micron ultrafiltration membrane and final coconut-shell carbon stage are contained in the separate UFCB Filter 2. This PCM product does not replace Filter 2 and is not the complete two-cartridge service set.

Replacement guidance
Simple cartridge replacement without specialist tools
Isolate the water
Close the water feed valve, then open the filtered-water tap to release pressure from the system.
Remove Filter 1
Support the lower section of the PCM cartridge and press the red release button on the filter head.
Insert the replacement
Push the new cartridge upwards into the correct Filter 1 position until it locks securely.
Restore and flush
Turn the water back on, check every connection for leaks and flush the cartridge for 10-15 minutes.
