Filtered water stays separate from ordinary mixer water
Dual internal waterways keep filtered drinking water isolated from normal hot and cold mains water. This allows one tap to perform both roles without adding a separate drinking-water tap to the sink.

Plan the tap and filter installation together
The Riva is the three-way tap rather than a filtration system. It needs a compatible under-sink filter or reverse-osmosis system, suitable pressure and enough room for the pull-down hose to travel freely.
Water pressure
Minimum 0.5 bar. Hommix recommends a pressure reducer where pressure exceeds 4 bar.
Not gravity-fed
The manufacturer states that the Riva is not suitable for gravity-fed systems.
Connections
Check the ½-inch hot/cold and ¼-inch or ⅜-inch filtered-water connections.
Clearance
Allow for a 35 mm tap hole and unobstructed movement of the pull-down hose below the sink.

Does the Hommix Riva include a water filter?
No. This product is the three-way tap. A compatible under-sink filtration or reverse-osmosis system is required for filtered water and is sold separately unless a specific bundle explicitly states otherwise.
Does filtered water mix with hot or cold water?
No. The Riva uses independent internal waterways so filtered drinking water remains separate from normal hot and cold mains water.
Does the pull-down head dispense filtered water?
The manufacturer describes the spray function as operating with hot and cold water. Filtered water is delivered through its separate internal pathway and control.
Can the Riva connect to a reverse-osmosis system?

How should I clean the chrome finish?
