Warranty & System Compatibility

  • 5-Year Warranty: Covered on parts and fittings, including ceramic valve cartridges.
  • Finish Guarantee: Black and other color finishes are covered by a 1-year guarantee.
  • Water Pressure: Minimum 0.5 Bar (7.2 PSI) required. Maximum 11.5 Bar (166 PSI). Not recommended for gravity-fed systems.
  • Care Tip: Clean with a damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid aggressive chemicals (bleach/soaps) to protect the Black finish.
