A clean chrome centrepiece without a second filter tap
The main mixer lever controls ordinary hot and cold water, while the smaller secondary lever operates the filtered supply. Its high curved spout and polished chrome finish give the Berta a crisp, contemporary presence at the sink.
- Hot, cold and filtered water from one tap
- Dedicated filtered-water control
- No second drinking-water dispenser required
- High-arc profile creates useful sink clearance
Filtered water follows its own internal route
The Berta uses two independent waterways and a dedicated outlet for filtered water. The treated supply does not pass through the ordinary hot and cold channel, helping preserve its taste and quality.
Hot and cold mixer
The main lever blends the ordinary supplies.
Filtered-water lever
A separate control opens the treated supply.
Independent outlets
Separate channels continue through the spout.
The essential tap connections arrive together
The supplied kit includes the mounting hardware, two 600 mm hot and cold flexible hoses and the filtered-water connection components. The filtration system itself is not included with this tap-only product.
- Two 600 mm G½ hot and cold flexible hoses
- ¼-inch filtered-water tube and push-fit adapter
- Lock bolt, rubber and metal gaskets, lock nut and fixing screws
- Compatible with many under-sink filters and RO systems, subject to connections

Choose the filtration system separately
The Berta delivers the treated water, but it does not filter the water itself. Filtration performance depends entirely on the under-sink filter, reverse-osmosis system or other treatment system connected to it.

Frequently asked questions
Does filtered water mix with ordinary hot or cold water?
No. The Berta has an independent filtered-water channel and dedicated outlet, so treated drinking water does not pass through the ordinary hot and cold pathway.
Does the Berta include a water filter?
No. This listing is for the tap and its connection components. A suitable filtration or reverse-osmosis system must be purchased separately unless the selected package explicitly states otherwise.
Can I connect it to a reverse-osmosis system?
Yes, provided the system has compatible connections and operates within the required pressure range. Confirm the installation arrangement before ordering.
What size mounting hole is required?
The manufacturer specifies a maximum sink or worktop hole diameter of 35 mm. Check the available mounting space and worktop before installation.
Is it suitable for a gravity-fed system?
No. Hommix does not recommend its three-way taps for gravity-fed systems. The stated minimum operating pressure is 0.5 bar.
How should I clean the chrome finish?
Use a soft damp cloth and dry the tap afterwards. Avoid bleach, acidic cleaners, limescale removers, vinegar, abrasive sponges and aggressive chemicals because they can damage the finish.
