A softer-water home
Less limescale, easier everyday cleaning
Ion exchange removes the calcium and magnesium responsible for hardness. This helps protect boilers, washing machines, dishwashers, taps and shower screens from scale accumulation.
Softened water also allows soaps and detergents to work more effectively, helping reduce residue and making routine cleaning feel less demanding.

Intelligent electronic operation
Controlled by the Ecosoft-Clack CE valve
The fully automatic control valve manages service and regeneration cycles. Your installer programs the local water hardness and operating settings so the system can regenerate in line with household demand.
- Clear electronic display and straightforward controls
- Delayed regeneration is set for 2am by default
- Adjustable hardness setting for local water conditions
- Bypass arrangement supports servicing and maintenance

Plan the installation
Compact dimensions with room to service
The cabinet measures approximately 700 mm high, 351 mm wide and 528 mm deep. Allow additional access above and around the unit for pipework, salt filling and future servicing.

- Requires a suitable drain, overflow route and power supply
- Operating inlet pressure range: 2–6 bar
- Professional installation is recommended
Salt and routine care
Simple day-to-day ownership
Keep the cabinet supplied with good-quality tablet salt and check the level regularly. Ecosoft's setup guide advises filling the salt tank between one-half and two-thirds full.
The manual recommends a 10-day override as a starting point, or 7 days where water quality is poor. Final commissioning settings should be chosen for your water and household usage.
