Aquaphor W3101-2F plumbed-in water dispenser in a modern office
Built for shared commercial spaces

A permanent alternative to bottled office coolers

The W3101-2F connects to the building's water supply and treats water inside the dispenser. That removes the need to order, lift and store large cooler bottles while keeping hot and chilled drinking water available from a compact floor-standing unit.

  • Suitable for offices, hospitality and customer-facing premises
  • Continuous mains-fed supply instead of delivered bottles
  • Separate hot and cold dispensing outlets
  • Compact 310 × 350 mm manufacturer-stated footprint
Where it fits

Designed for busy workplaces and public-facing environments

Aquaphor lists a broad range of professional applications. Final suitability should still be checked against the site's daily demand, plumbing, drainage, electrical provision and any sector-specific water requirements.

01

Offices and workplaces

Convenient hot and chilled drinking water for staff and visitors.

02

Hotels and hospitality

A neat floor-standing option for shared guest or staff areas.

03

Retail and leisure

Suitable for shops, shopping centres, salons and fitness facilities.

04

Healthcare settings

Aquaphor lists medical institutions; local infection-control and compliance requirements must be confirmed.

Aquaphor W3101-2F hot and cold standing water dispenser
Two temperature-controlled supplies

Chilled refreshment and near-boiling hot water on demand

Compressor cooling maintains the cold tank between 6°C and 10°C, while the stainless-steel hot tank operates between 85°C and 95°C. The hot outlet includes a supply lock to reduce the risk of accidental dispensing.

  • 3.2-litre stainless-steel cold-water tank
  • 2-litre stainless-steel hot-water tank
  • Hot-water production rated at 5 litres per hour
  • Heating and cooling functions can be switched independently
Integrated Aquaphor filtration

Pre-filtration, reverse osmosis and mineral conditioning

The internal three-cartridge pathway prepares the incoming water, performs the main RO separation and conditions the purified water before dispensing.

1

PRO 1 pre-filter

Combines mechanical filtration up to 10 microns with sorption filtration up to 3 microns.

2

PRO 100 membrane

Reverse-osmosis cartridge with a nominal production rating of 100 GPD, approximately 380 litres per day.

3

PRO M conditioner

Post-treatment stage designed to add magnesium and balance the taste of purified water.

Protection and daily control

Designed to manage common commercial-use risks

The dispenser combines monitored water storage with separate protection systems for leaks, overheating and accidental hot-water operation. These features support safe daily use but do not replace correct installation and routine maintenance.

  • Leak sensor designed to shut off the water supply when triggered
  • Overheating protection for the hot-water system
  • Water-level monitoring inside the dispenser
  • UV lamp within the stored-water system
  • Hot-water supply lock for safer dispensing

Permanent plumbing, drainage and power are required

This is not a bottle-fed plug-in cooler. The reverse-osmosis system requires a suitable mains-water connection, waste-water drainage and a 220-240 V electrical supply. Allow ventilation space and service access around the cabinet.

01

Water supply

Confirm a suitable cold mains connection and the manufacturer's stated inlet condition.

02

Drainage

The RO process produces reject water, so a suitable waste connection is required.

03

Electrical supply

Provide an accessible 220-240 V, 50 Hz socket and retain the 1.5-metre cord limit.

04

Service clearance

Keep space available for ventilation, inspection and future filter maintenance.

Commercial sizing matters

The 100 GPD membrane rating is a nominal production figure under test conditions. Peak dispensing, recovery and daily capacity must be assessed against the number of users and demand pattern.

Helpful answers

Frequently asked questions

Is the W3101-2F bottle-fed or plumbed in?

It is a mains-fed dispenser. It connects permanently to the water supply and uses its internal Aquaphor filtration system rather than replaceable cooler bottles.

Does it dispense ambient water?

No ambient outlet is listed in Aquaphor's specification. The W3101-2F has two outlets for hot and chilled water.

What filtration does it use?

It uses a PRO 1 pre-filter, PRO 100 reverse-osmosis membrane and PRO M mineral-conditioning cartridge. The RO stage performs the principal dissolved-solids reduction before post-treatment.

How hot and cold is the water?

Aquaphor specifies a cold-water range of 6-10°C and a hot-water range of 85-95°C. Actual temperatures can vary with settings, room conditions and demand.

Does the hot outlet have a safety lock?

Yes. Aquaphor lists a water-supply lock on the hot outlet to reduce accidental dispensing. Users should still be trained because the water can reach 95°C.

Does the dispenser need a drain?

Yes. It contains a reverse-osmosis system, which separates purified water from a reject stream. The installation therefore needs suitable water, waste and electrical connections.

Is 100 GPD the amount available instantly?

No. It is the membrane's nominal production rating under test conditions. Instant dispensing is supported by the internal tanks, while recovery and daily output depend on incoming-water and operating conditions.

Is it suitable for a medical or regulated environment?

Aquaphor lists medical institutions among its intended settings, but that does not establish compliance with every local clinical or infection-control requirement. The responsible organisation must confirm suitability for the intended use.
